Jury Service

Users would oAuth to the Jury Service which would be a platform to assign juries to court cases at various levels of jurisdiction.

Once authorized they would be called based on their past duty. Their past duty would have weights. Where a simple domain court case might carry a less weight than a full criminal trial (phase 2).

The following services would currently access to the Jury Service to receive jury pools.

The jury pools would be large enough that interviewing would not be necessary.
